This role involves gathering requirements, supporting QA efforts, creating reports, assisting with change management, and ensuring that automations align with business objectives.Responsibilities:PRIMARY DUTIES

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for automation processes.

Report Creation:

Develop and maintain reports, leveraging BI tools, to provide insights into automation performance and business impact. Collaborate with the data team to ensure reports align with broader business intelligence goals.SQL Support:

Utilize SQL to assist with troubleshooting issues, improve automation workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making within the automations team.Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, requirements, change requests, and QA findings to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.Collaboration:

Work closely with the automation development team, business stakeholders, and the data team to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions that meet business needs.Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process optimization within existing automations and propose actionable improvements.Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of experience in business analysis, automation, or a related field.Experience in gathering requirements and documenting business processes.Familiarity with Power BI and the ability to create and analyze reports.SQL knowledge preferred, with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and support automation processes.Strong documentation skills to create detailed process and change management documentation.Ability to work closely with teams to prioritize and manage automation requests.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Familiarity with RPA tools, such as UiPath, is a plus.#IND123
