is the vision of H Mart.Position Description:This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, organizations/associations, media, etc. We are looking for a Marketing Associate/Coordinator with a knowledge base in marketing who can easily adapt to a multi-functional marketing atmosphere and understand customer needs.Responsibilities include:Support customer service/relationship platform via email, phone, etc. to coordinate on customer service-related issues with internal departments and understand customer needs.Coordinate various marketing materials (digital signage, posters, SNS promotions, banners, etc.) for store promotions and sales.Support membership-related procedures and duties.Assist media contracts and related relationships.Support grand opening events and related work arrangements.Assist with press releases and other articles for brand marketing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.1+ year of marketing experience is a plus.Strong organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.Professional Marketing certificate is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Bilingual in Korean and English is a MUST (fluency is a plus).Location:H Mart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.H Mart is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, national origin, alienage or citizenship, disability, marital status, military status, status as a Vietnam Era or disabled veteran, or any other legally-recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain state or local laws.
