Receive the claim and acknowledgeIdentify the policy and coverageContact insured or insured's representativeInvestigate the claimEvaluate the cause of loss, Liability, loss amountDocument and report the claimConclude the claim (accept, deny or negotiate)Pay the claimSupport litigations about the claimPrepare Large Loss Report for upper managementNotify Underwriting Department of potential risk found on the claim processEncourage and foster a periodic meeting regarding claim process[Qualifications]
0-1 years experience (entry preferred)Recent Law school graduates welcome - No bar license requiredMust be bilingual Korean/EnglishDetail Oriented, willing to learn, can-do attitudeProficient in Microsoft programs, such as ExcelLaw Firm experience preferred, but not requiredVisa Sponsorship available if needed
