To Apply for this Job Click HerePosition Overview:The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing strategic and operational HR support to designated business units. This role works closely with Senior HR Business Partners to ensure the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The Mid-Level HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations matters while assisting in the execution of HR initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Support Senior HR Business Partners in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals.Participate in or lead HR projects as assigned by the Senior HR Business Partners or HR leadership team.Assist in managing change initiatives by providing HR support during organizational changes, including restructures and cultural shifts.Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, partnering with the Employee Relations team to provide guidance and support in line with company policies and legal requirements.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts for assigned business units.Partner with the Compensation team on compensation analyses and projects for the assigned business units.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives.Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems quickly.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.Experience in a health plan, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.Proven track record in supporting change management initiatives.Key Competencies:
