Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival at the ship, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to their accommodations with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Provide information and assistance to guests regarding ship amenities, onboard activities, dining options, and port excursions, and respond to inquiries and requests in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Assist guests with embarkation and disembarkation procedures, including luggage drop-off and pick-up, transportation arrangements, and directions to port facilities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in luggage storage areas, gangways, and passenger terminals, and ensure that luggage handling procedures comply with safety and security regulations.

Coordinate with other onboard departments, including guest services, housekeeping, and facilities management, to address guest requests, maintenance issues, and special arrangements.

Assist with special events, functions, and VIP services, such as private receptions, group activities, and onboard celebrations, as directed by management.

Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed during peak periods, emergencies, or special projects, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction.

Uphold company standards for professionalism, courtesy, and guest service, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field, with experience in guest services, luggage handling, or bell services preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, crew members, and other stakeholders.

Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and remain calm under pressure.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus, particularly languages commonly spoken by our international guests.
