Director of Revenue Business-Technology Management

on the GTM Operations team, you will drive our strategic revenue technology roadmap (including CRM/Revenue Intelligence) and capabilities jointly with our Business Leaders, Revenue Operations and our IT teams.You and your team will form the bridge across business and technology and translate our business priorities, processes and initiatives into a set of technology capability requirements and drive the delivery of those capabilities. You will lead a team of business analysts and solution owners and have direct platform purview for GTM systems. You will work closely with peers and developers across teams who manage platforms that integrate with, and business processes that are enabled on our CRM, to help shape a unified technology vision and roadmap across GTM initiatives.Your focus will be on business process automation, tech optimization, rationalization, and ROI (return on investment). More specifically, you will:Shape and develop our overall Revenue Tech stack strategy and roadmap, including how/ where we can leverage AI to drive greater productivity and efficiency of our field teams.Lead Anaplan’s GTM Tech Council to assess and prioritize business requests and develop a 6-12 month delivery roadmap.Develop deep relationships with Sales and Sales Ops leadership in understanding process pain points and opportunities and solution with automation and AI in mind.Have a seat on GTM transformation programs to represent the Tech stack, and actively develop solution contributions.Shape and optimize our overall GTM tech stack spend with an eye to optimizing both our tech stack and IT spend on the stack. Play a key role in shaping/driving new technology purchases or renewals of our existing technology elements.Your Qualifications7-10 years in business-side ownership of Revenue Technology and Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud platform. Should have led a multi-million dollar IT portfolio ideally.Experience in business and process analysis and developing implications for IT capabilities in SaaS.Demonstrated experience of working and leading cross-functional initiatives – across Sales, Sales Ops, IT functions, GTM Teams, and leadership; strong influence through always-on collaboration and effective communication.Understanding and ideally having owned systems where work product is managed, e.g., JIRA, Slack, SharePoint, Confluence.Experience of managing and leading a team of 5-6 individuals.Expertise of GTM Tech landscape, solutions across GTM motions, tech integrations, and data foundations, leading business case scoping, to implementations, to adoption, and utilization maturity curves.Ideally, direct product experience with other systems in Anaplan’s GTM Tech & Enterprise portfolios: People.ai, Databook, Gainsight, Medallia, Workday.Preferred SkillsProven ability to synthesize new practices and processes, translating user stories into business requirements and resulting implementations, surfacing insights toward strategic goals, influencing employee-centric experience.Dynamic leader who can create a vision, but also be agile in reacting to new demands; ability to guide direct and core teams in a similar fashion.Core/extended team leadership exemplifying delivering on strategic cross-functional outcomes, successful deployments, and solution utilization.Motivational leader who encourages innovation, creative solutioning, and skill development.Clear command of CRM and Data foundations.Strong communications, and cross-functional influence, including executive briefings.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionBuild your job in a place that thrives on diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
