The Management Analyst will support the Program Coordinator in the implementation of the AAIMM Doula Program.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSParticipate in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the AAIMM Doula Program;Ensure timely and accurate submission of doula activity logs, doula invoices, and client data forms;Assist with development and implementation of program evaluation protocols, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis, and make recommendations;Participate in program planning meetings and meetings with Unit Chief;Assist with Perinatal Innovation Unit duties, as assigned.NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAttend optional staff trainings and events.JOB QUALIFICATIONSThe Management Analyst will have a strong working knowledge of racial equity and perinatal health, including the social determinants of health.
