Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
  3. Handle sensitive and complex information with discretion and confidentiality.
  4. Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
  5. Utilize project management skills to oversee and execute various projects, ensuring they are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.
  6. Manage data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and readily available.
  7. Use excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  8. Use organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all relevant parties are kept up-to-date with important decisions and action items.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the finance industry.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in communication, project management, data entry, report preparation, customer service, organizational skills, meeting coordination, time management, calendar management, and research skills.
  3. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
