Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is integral to the financial health of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounts receivable operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collections. Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable department, including invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
2. Performing 3-way match to ensure accuracy of invoices and purchase orders.
3. Preparing and presenting regular reports on accounts receivable status to company management.
4. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
5. Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
6. Developing and implementing efficient and secure procedures for managing all aspects of accounts receivable.
7. Collaborating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and payment.
8. Training and mentoring accounts receivable staff to ensure they are proficient in their roles.
9. Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, with 2 plus years in a management role.
3. Proven experience with 3-Way Match, Reconcile, Invoices, Invoicing, and GL.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
11. CPA or CMA certification would be an added advantage.
