We are seeking a Permanent Bilingual Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-growing Legal team. This role will focus on Family Law, providing expert legal advice and representation in matters such as divorce, custody, mediation, child support, and first-party property. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and have a proven track record in Family Law.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive legal counsel on complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, mediation, child support, and first-party property.
  2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  4. Conduct thorough case research and analysis to advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
  5. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations related to family law.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  8. Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation through business development activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Admission to the State Bar.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law, with a focus on divorce, custody, mediation, child support, and first-party property.
  4. Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language.
  5. Proven courtroom experience with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively.
  6. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes amicably.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
  8. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  9. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
