We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate law and be capable of leading complex transactions and providing strategic legal counsel to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, securities law, and regulatory

compliance.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum portable book of business of $250,000.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex transactions independently.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Business development experience and a portable book of business are highly desirable.
