We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to enhance our GIS applications using ESRI technology, REACT, PYTHON, and JSON/GeoJSON. The role involves UI/UX design, JavaScript, .NET, and database management with Azure DevOps, Oracle, and SQL. Responsibilities include code reviews, testing, and debugging. This remote position requires onsite onboarding in Harrisburg, PA.
Compensation:$45/hr to 55/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

4+ years of experience coding in JavaScript and .NET, preferably within web applications and GIS productsExtensive experience working with ESRI technologiesExperience working with React, Python, JSON, GeoJSONExperience working on UI/UX design with tools such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, dojo, AJAX, and jQueryExtensive experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOpsExperience working in an Agile environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 11G or higherExperience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or newerExperience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience and services and/or APIs
