TheHuman Resources Business Partner handles the day-to-day human resources activities in anAerospace manufacturing environment. This position reports directly to theGeneral Manager of Martinic Engineering with a strong dotted line to the VP ofHuman Resources. The HR Business Partner is a key member of the plant leadershipteam and is a strong business partner, leading talent management, employeeengagement and employee relations. The HR Business Partner will ensure thatprograms, policies and procedures support the overall business objectives inthe areas of staffing, talent management, training and development, employeerelations and engagement, compensation and benefits as well as HRadministration. This role will support around 100 employees.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:Partner effectively withthe management team to provide and develop the human resources capabilitiesnecessary to achieve plant operations targetsProvide HR expertise tomanagement team regarding salary/ hourly recruiting and staffing, employeerelations, talent management, policy interpretation, HR compliance, training,turnover, complaint investigation and problem solving, etc.Works with departmentheads to identify organizational issues that impact the attainment of businessobjectivesAssist department heads inaddressing employee performance issues and provide support and coaching asrequiredProvide consultativeguidance and coaching on human resources related matters, ensuring alignmentwith corporate policies, goals and objectivesOrganize and conductorientation training to facilitate the proper onboarding of new hiresManage and communicateOpen Enrollment and Benefits Administration processImplement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training or Performance Management as developed by corporate.QualificationsEducationand Key Skills Required:

BA/BSDegree or equivalent work experience required.6+ years of HumanResources experience with role progression responsibility in a manufacturingplantProven ability toinfluence and work effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pulldata from assorted sourcesDemonstrates discretion,able to work with sensitive and confidential materials and possess goodbusiness judgmentKnowledge of employmentlaw (such as the ADA, EEO, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA) and ability to apply legal conceptsto real world situationsHighly organized withstrong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communicationskills, both written and verbal across a wide audienceExperience withsalary/hourly recruiting, employee relations and engagement, benefitsadministration, payroll, policy communication and administration, HRcompliance, etc.Experience in safetymanagement and handling workers compensation a plus
