Experience in surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is highly desirable. The successful candidate must be admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars.Duties:
Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Representing clients in federal and state courts during hearings and trials.Collaborating with senior attorneys and managing case files independently.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial litigator.Extensive experience in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey.Strong background in surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters.Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars.Skills:
Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
