Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Roseland, NJ. The successful candidate will be able to work alongside colleagues engaged in a full spectrum of litigation matters, including patent and trade secret cases.Duties:Support senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, providing assistance and expertise in patent and trade secret cases.Manage a large caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and effective handling of legal matters.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in case strategy discussions.Requirements:4-6 years of Litigation experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in various litigation matters.Admission to the NJ Bar is a prerequisite for the role.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active and valid admission to the NJ Bar.Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.Effective time management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
