DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:Responsible for achieving FOH duties through implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.Ensure execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and continue to foster a positive, productive work environment.Liquor/Beer Ordering.Control labor and alcohol costs through managing inventory, studying trends and proper pricing.Maintain proper inventory and organization of all alcohol, linens, display ware, chafers, etc.Build and maintain a staff to execute a la carte, banquets, bar, Creekside, and carryout operations by hiring and training staff members.Continuing staff education.Review staff annually or as needed to communicate any performance issues or changes.Perform daily accounting needs and communicate/work with corporate accounting department to achieve tasks.Hiring, Disciplinary Action, Firing, Etc.Communicate and work directly with sales department to ensure all events and marketing activities are executed properly.Work with kitchen staff to effectively execute daily food and beverage demands.Sales & Marketing for property event spaces.Proficiency using Team Suite Portal- All aspects of Interviewing, Hiring/Firing, Scheduling, Vacation Requests, Worker's Comp Claims, Employee Paperwork, Incident Reports, etc.
