THE ROLE:The Influencer Marketing Specialist at Aventon will be an integral part of our brand marketing team, playing a key role in expanding our brand's reach by building and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry partners. This role is designed to drive brand awareness, enhance audience engagement, and support Aventon’s strategic marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner closely with the brand marketing team to develop and execute influencer strategies that align with Aventon’s overall brand objectives. Ensure all influencer activities support our broader marketing campaigns and key business goals.Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and other partners. Work with these external partners and internal teams to create brand-building opportunities that resonate with our target audience.Contract Negotiation & Management:

Take ownership of influencer partnership contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment on deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms. Ensure that all partnerships contribute effectively to our marketing strategy.Influencer & Talent Scouting:

Continuously scout for new influencers and content creators who align with Aventon’s brand values and marketing needs. Build a diverse and dynamic roster that can engage with different segments of our audience.Outreach & Product Seeding:

Lead strategic influencer outreach and product seeding campaigns. Ensure these initiatives are carefully targeted to maximize brand exposure and generate meaningful engagement.Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate across departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated into wider marketing efforts. Support seamless execution and cross-channel consistency.Content Planning & Development:

Contribute to the planning and creation of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Aventon’s brand voice. Ensure that influencer-generated content supports our marketing objectives and resonates with our audience.Community Engagement:

Act as a brand ambassador at key events, trade shows, and online communities, engaging with fans, influencers, and partners to build strong brand loyalty.Campaign Analysis & Reporting:

Implement robust measurement frameworks to track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs.Continuous Improvement:

Regularly review and refine influencer marketing strategies and tactics, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep Aventon at the forefront of the market.Qualifications:

BA degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and talent management, with a proven track record of driving successful influencer campaigns.Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing contracts, with a focus on aligning partnerships with brand goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence external partners.Deep understanding of social media best practices, influencer trends, and audience engagement strategies.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural relationships.Passion for outdoor sports, pop culture, and a strong understanding of lifestyle trends is highly desirable.Keys to Success:
