ServiceNow Developer with integration experience

•Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNowimplementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+years of technology implementation•Knowledge of ITSM modules on processeslike Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, SecurityOperations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.•Experience in developing complex catalogitems•Experience in customizing Service Portalwidgets & pages.•Working with a team of both functionaland technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint designsessions.•Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuousimprovements•Experience in the implementation,administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow•Experience using Orchestrator andWorkflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks•Experience developing ServiceNow APIs,ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog ClientScripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ScriptIncludes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
