As a software integration engineer at Mujin, you will collaborate closely with both the software development and integration teams, solving challenging technical problems to deliver our solutions. You will be part of the product development team and leverage your strong technical skill sets to support develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot critical components of the Mujin system. You will provide remote and onsite support for integration engineers and collaborate with the integration team to design and incrementally develop Mujin products.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a bridge between the development team and the integration/deployment processes for Mujin's software productsAutomate and streamline integration workflows to improve efficiencyDevelop and maintain internal and external software tool suitesCreate API and software documentationsAnalyze system performance and create performance reportsSupport configuration and optimization of robotic solutions at customer facilities to meet project requirementsIdentify and resolve issues in code developed by other team membersConfigure and troubleshoot software systems to ensure seamless integration and deploymentProvide technical support and expertise to help resolve integration-related issues that ariseRequirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, robotics, or related field with a minimum of two years of experience in the following:

Software configuration and deployment

Coding in C++, Python, and other languages using Linux

Generating advanced physics models related to hardware

Performing reliability and validation testing related to all software developed

Working with real-time computing technologies, including but not limited to RTOS, Linux kernel module development, EtherCAT or similar real-time systems and protocols

Willingness to travel 75% of the year, as required by project demands, allowing you to provide onsite support and engage with customers effectively
