CPI Security, a leader in security and automation systems is hiring a Commercial Sales Manager

for our team in our Charlotte, North Carolina market.

This individual will be responsible for profitable growth and strategic planning to grow the business solutions department. They will be responsible for cost evaluations, and ongoing budget planning for developing current and new markets in the surrounding areas and must be able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment, and have strong leadership skills. What You'll Do:

Manage the assigned sales force and ensure awareness and training regarding products, services and selling skills in compliance with company policies and proceduresDevelop strategies with team on how to grow customer baseContinuously seek to improve sales efficiencies and employee retention by providing the leadership and training necessary to achieve sales objectivesReview sales performances of staff and provide regular feedback, establishing improvement plans as neededRecruit, interview and hire sales professionals to ensure staffing levels are metConduct regular sales meetings to communicate current sales policies and procedures, sales promotions and branch sales numbersResolve consumer inquires and complaints regarding installations, product quality, sales price, contract and other relevant businessMeet with key customers, assisting Security Consultants with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing dealsExhibit foresight in recognizing potential problems and develop solutions to overcome obstacles and close deals.What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 5 + years industry experienceIntermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in Sales CRM (Salesforce a plus)What We Offer:
