As a Measurement Campaign Analyst, you will drive insights from our industry-leading platform, accessing data from over 25 million TVs. You'll build critical foundational datasets for Samba research studies and spearhead collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to enhance trackability across the digital advertising ecosystem.

This role demands active management of daily campaign tracking operations and the cultivation of key publisher partnerships. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Measurement Science, Programmatic Consulting, and Sales teams to deliver world-class service to our measurement clients. This position calls for a professional who thrives on adaptability, has meticulous attention to detail, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:Understand and address client requirements, measurement goals, and needs across Publisher, Agency, and Advertiser clientsTag, monitor, and troubleshoot digital ad delivery on various ad serversManage technical collaborations and partnerships with global industry leaders, including Advertising Agencies, Brands, and PublishersServe as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer serviceIdentify areas for improvement in project management and client experience, applying critical thinking to solve problemsRequirements:

1-3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role within advertising operationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, SFTPs, and AWS-S3, with basic Python and SQL experience (or willingness to learn)Familiarity with the advertising technology ecosystem (Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, Publishers, SSPs, etc)Experience with advertising attribution, measurement, and analytical tools (preferred)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues systematically and propose innovative solutionsAction-oriented approach with experience delivering business results in ambiguous environmentsCollaborative skills to work effectively with internal and external teamsHigh adaptability and eagerness to learn new technical and non-technical skillsExceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously

$75,000 - $85,000 a year

Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives and long-term incentives.
