Senior Engineering Talent Manager (CareMetx, LLC; Bethesda, MD):Duties and responsibilities:Strategically manage multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company mission and values.Mentor and guide an Engineering Talent manager, nurturing their career growth.Identify trends and opportunities, recommending tailored talent initiatives.Shape team members' career paths by exposing them to aspirational tasks and responsibilities.Cultivate a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.Promote a culture of innovation that challenges conventional thinking.Drive ongoing improvements in value delivery through inventive methods.Leverage metrics to gain insights into risks and opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to address skills and technology gaps.Empower team members to champion domain discussions and tailor to audience.Expand influence by aligning technical strategies with product roadmaps.Partner with TA (Talent Acquisition) to develop programs for career growth and engagement.Serve as a cultural steward, exemplifying company values.Contribute to high-level goal setting connecting teams to organizational objectives.Correlate talent metrics to business outcomes.Telecommuting from within commutable distance from office location permitted pursuant to company policy.Minimum requirements:

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; plus 3 years of experience managing engineering organizations.Must have:Demonstrated strategic ability, and ability to identify trends and opportunities.Demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and development skills.Demonstrated passion for fostering technical excellence and innovation.Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.Demonstrated analytical skills to derive insights from data and metrics.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally at senior leadership levels.Demonstrated experience designing and implementing talent initiatives.Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and programs.Demonstrated skill in aligning talent strategy to business strategy.Demonstrated commitment to career development and advancement.(Unless otherwise indicated, employer is seeking ability in skills listed above with no specific amount of years of experience required. $196,040.00 to 205,000 / per year
