Senior Manager, HR Business Products - Crew Demand and Scheduling

will lead the end-to-end process of conceptualization through to system implementations and enhancements of HR products. He/she will also provide business and process support to senior leadership.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Builds relationships with aligned business operational leaders and HR operational COEs, ensuring they always feel supported by the HR Product teamPartners with functional groups to develop process landscape, gap analysis, product transformation plans, organizational impact analysis, and long-term change workstream strategyDrives the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, and design of new tools, features and functionalitiesOwns the product backlog according to stakeholder requirements across assigned HR systemsSupports the prioritization of the backlog based on urgency and criticality of requirementsAnalyzes market and industry trends to anticipate stakeholder needsDefines business requirements and translates them into a deliverable project planMonitors and analyzes process performance metricsDrives process standardization and compliance and process improvementsReviews all technical specifications ensuring appropriate IT build based upon the business requirementsDefines test strategy, test cases, and test scenarios with the ability to test, identify appropriate data sets and assess expected resultsQualifications, Knowledge and Skills:Highly strategic, proactive, and organizedStrong interpersonal skills7+ years of operational HR with people leadership experienceExperience in project management using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent)Proven track record of product management supporting HR process areas, systems, and workflowsAbility to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneouslySkilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparationAbility to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skillsAbility to coach and advise stakeholdersAbility to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executives, team member resources, and external third-party groupsAbility to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibilityStrong judgement and decision-making skillsExperience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.)
