Job Description:We seek a highly detail-oriented and quantitative Business Analyst to help drive operational excellence for the Monetization Partnerships team. This person will be responsible for driving sales operations and processes that enable partner-facing and client-facing teams to make strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, be comfortable tackling new internal business operational challenges, drive results quickly, have sophisticated project management and communication skills, and is deeply passionate about Client.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in EnglishSalesforce Admin CertificationLocated in Miami, with proven experience working with stakeholders across North America and LATAM countriesdvanced experience with SFDC Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ).6+ years' experience in business or sales operations, analytics or planning.Demonstrated problem solving skills. Experience proactively providing practical business insights and implementing solutions from diverse, complex business processes.Proven experience in independently driving end-to-end process implementation, including managing across multiple XFN partners simultaneously and influencing senior stakeholder buy-in.dvanced organizational, change and project management skills.dvanced Excel spreadsheet modelling skills, and adept in Microsoft/Google office tools.Strong communication skills to senior leadership.Must be self-driven and able to work independently.Must-Have Skills
Salesforce Admin Certification along with proven experience working with stakeholders across North America and LATAM countriesdvanced experience with SFDC Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ)6+ years' experience in business or sales operations, analytics or planning, Program and Project management, independently provide end to end independently- Operations focusedNice to have skills
