"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Business Analyst/Testing Coordinator
Responsibilities:•Contributes to the development of business requirements and develops use cases•Collaborates with technology teams and stakeholders/business users to finalize design•Partners with Technology teams throughout the Build cycle to ensure that the Build aligns with requirements•Develops and designs testing approach, scripts and plans, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.•Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.•Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
Skill set•In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes (at least 5 years of experience)•Thorough understanding of end to end testing processes, Quality Center and other testing related tools•Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.
