Tier 2 IT Support Analyst
in
Washington DC
for
$25/hr (W2).
This is a federal position:
You MUST be a US Citizen/Green Card holder to be eligible . We CANNOT accept C2C candidates at this time.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 7,8.X, 10 Mac OSX 10.10.X)2 years of expertise in troubleshooting hardware related issue2 years of experience in troubleshooting complex software related issues2 years of experience troubleshooting network related issues for both WAN and LAN environments2 years of experience tracking service request/incidents in a Customer Relationship Management tool2 years of demonstrable experience making non-technical users comfortable with complex technology concepts2 years of experience providing customer-oriented results and build an efficient end-user support environment2 years of experience exhibiting a solid understanding of and ability to utilize performance metrics2 years of experience with basic Active Directory functions such as: Account Creations, Password Resets and OU Management2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 2010+ and Office 365)Nice-to-haves:
Experience in a government IT environment (2 years)Microsoft Certifications: MCP Windows 7, Windows 10CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+
