WHO WILL LOVE THIS JOB A data master who uses creative solutions to analyze significant amounts of development data, particularly in fundraising and donor management, to craft narratives that drive strategy and execution. An efficient worker with top-notch organizational skills, capable of managing multiple fundraising-related projects simultaneously. YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES Fundraising and Donor Management: Analyze donor data, generate accurate fundraising reports, and provide insights to enhance donor engagement and retention strategies. Data Integrity: Measure and audit donor and fundraising data for quality issues, developing protocols to assess and resolve problem areas within the database. Database Customization: Assist the Database Operations team in customizing the database UI for fundraising and donor management, including designing, installing, and updating relevant features. User Training: Create and deliver training and documentation specifically geared towards end-users involved in fundraising and donor management. System Administration: Participate in system administration functions, including data validation, imports/exports, duplicate resolution, and integration testing, ensuring the ongoing integrity and security of donor data in line with PRM policies. Christian Witness: Participate in devotions, prayers, and other organizational activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle, teaching others to steward donor data and technology in a biblical manner. Requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience. Experience with fundraising databases, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM; experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is highly preferred. Proven experience in process improvement within a fundraising context using software solutions. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or SQL Azure environment. Excellent knowledge of database design with experience in Microsoft's SSRS, SSMS, Visual Studio, Power Query, and Power BI being a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and audit validations for fundraising purposes. Incredible attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, detailed, and comprehensive fundraising information. Ability to work independently on multiple fundraising-related projects, setting and meeting deadlines effectively.
