What We DoDetermine Business system requirements and document the same. Develop functional specifications and design solutions as per application capability. Acts as a liaison between the Enterprise Application Services team and the Business users. Performs Fit/Gap Analysis. Configure application software to deliver new or modified functionality. Documents Test plans and supports user acceptance testing. Recommends application functionality and features that could be implemented. Create and manage service requests with application vendors to resolve application issues or functionality.

How You'll Contribute:

Involve in functional and technical implementation needs for applications supported by the business division.Participate in discussions and gathering of business system requirements and related solutions for supported applications and systems.Document business requirements into a formal specification document, with regular updates as required.Perform end-to-end testing of solution being implemented and support complete SDLC.Assist business units in verifying that applications provide the agreed upon functionality.Support ongoing maintenance of applications, liaising at regular cadence with business stakeholders and users to resolve issues reported.Partner with vendor on regular support items and software updates when applicable.Other duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring:

New graduates with a computer science degree or comparable are welcome to apply.1-3 years of experience in a related industry.Working knowledge of quality assurance and acceptance testing methodologies and/or training.Maintain the perspective of the end-user to ensure that the software will function optimally in the business process environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Good written and oral communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements.Be anticipatory of customer needs, market conditions, and changes in the business climate.Understand the concepts of, and be able to apply projects, structured testing and development methodologies.Basic understanding of how applications work and are integrated in a real-time environment to meet customer requirements.Basic knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices and related implementation and support.Create documentation of business processes, testing documentation and test cases, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.Standard Microsoft Office skill set.Ability to understand user needs and translate them into business critical requirements to work with technical teams and business users for successful implementation.Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, including a basic knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesTeam player with a constant urge to learn and contribute to the team and users in a positive manner.Knowledge of the following is a plus:

Understanding and/or working knowledge of eSignature platforms like DocuSign and AdobeSign.Working knowledge or any experience related to ESG application implementation/support.Knowledge of Oracle EBS application, particularly on the order management and inventory modules.Knowledge of any test automation tool implementation or support experience.Coupa Purchasing applicationBasic Oracle PL/SQL script writing

Pay Range: $83,000 - $110,500 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
