.Client will also look at a more junior resource that has experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst doing Credentialing.Additional Qualification notes.
Location - Hybrid required at Assembly RowFlexible hybrid schedule, 2-3 times a week. Tuesdays / another day depending on needCurrent Team is hybrid/ new hire will be Assembly Row Hybrid 4-8x a monthQuals - 2 or more years MDM experiencePreferredProvider MDM experience highly preferred. Standing up our master data services program is a key component in this body of work and given provider data is critical in many different aspects of data and analytics, it makes sense that this is the initial domain the Master Data Management (MDM) team is focused on with Employee, Researchers, Supplies, Vendors etc. as potential domains to follow. The Senior Analyst, MDM will be a key member on the MDM team and will work to develop and maintain the match strategies using data from various data sources including but not limited to our Credentialing and Human Resource systems.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Work with other scrum team members on ingestion of data into Profisee, a cloud based PAAS application hosted in our Azure Kubernetes environmentDevelop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rulesData Stewardship functions and administering the data stewardship modelGather business requirements and convert to technical requirementsCollaborate with MDM Developers and Architects in support of the logical and physical model developmentWhere possible, ensure development of attributes and MDM reference data is aligned with healthcare data best practices (FHIR, HL7, DaVinci, etc.)Management of MDM reference data and crosswalks in ProfiseeDevelops and mentors other staff members; develops advanced expertise in tools and shares best practicesUse/s the values to govern decisions, actions, and behaviors.
