MDM Data AnalystSomerville, MA - HybridPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Work with other scrum team members on ingestion of data into Profisee, a cloud based PAAS application hosted in our Azure Kubernetes environmentDevelop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rulesData Stewardship functions and administering the data stewardship modelGather business requirements and convert to technical requirements.Where possible, ensure development of attributes and MDM reference data is aligned with healthcare data best practices (FHIR, HL7, DaVinci, etc.)Management of MDM reference data and crosswalks in ProfiseeDevelops and mentors other staff members; develops advanced expertise in tools and shares best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science preferredExperience in healthcare related business processes related to medical staff offices, provider onboarding, or ambulatory and hospital operations2 years or more of experience in Master Data Management - Strategy, roadmap, systems analysis, and application design1 or more years of experience with MDM tools (Profisee Master Data Management, MDStaff or similar MDM platforms), experience in Profisee MDM preferred.Data quality, data governance and metadata management understanding; Experience with Collibra and/or Informatica preferred.
