Scientific Business Systems Analyst

Zifo is growing! We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with prior GxP experience. The individual will support strategic projects for R&D division at pharmaceutical and biotech customers. The individual will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state. He or she will have to work with business users and client managers in conjunction with the internal Zifo support team.
RequirementsResponsibilities:Review Business processes and systemsProvide on site Business Analysis support for scientific groupsMaintain and provide implementation support for ELN / LIMSEvaluate Industry trends to identify areas for optimization.Develop recommendations and future state strategyPerform Gap Analysis, Define Future state process workflows and data modelsProduce and deliver required documents and reports to customersRequired Skills:The following skills and experience are required:Strong understanding of GxP practicesTechnical ExperienceELN / LIMSJIRABasic Database knowledgeLab InstrumentsData IntegrationStrong Written and Oral communication skillsBusiness Analysis SkillsRequirements elicitation & Use Cases creationTechnical WritingData AnalysisProcess & Data ModelingData Mining o Cost/Benefit AnalysisProject Management skillsResource & Effort PlanningTask Planning & SchedulingScope & Time ManagementVendor Management and Risk AssessmentQualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in a life science or health care field requiredStrong background in biology and chemistry with lab experience2-5 years as a Business systems consultant / analyst in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
