Position Description
Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is seeking a dependable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver. The Driver will play a crucial role in providing transportation services to CSHL personnel and visitors, ensuring safe and efficient travel between various locations.Position Responsibilities
Provide daily shuttle service for employees and visitors in a 13-passenger van, Trolley, Minivan, or SUV between the main campus, the Woodbury campus and various points in Huntington village and SyossetPick-up and deliver passengers to/from local hotels and train stations.Assist passengers with luggage.Position Requirements
Education:
High School diploma or equivalency.Experience:
Some related driving experience preferred.Other:
Must be licensed to operate a vehicle and possess a clean driving record.Ability to operate a 13 passenger van, Trolley, Minivan, and SUV safely and responsibly.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.Weekend work and some evenings required.

Compensation
The hourly rate is $19.92.
