Job Description:
As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Drupal-based websites and applications for our clients. You will work closely with our creative, design, and strategy teams to create high-quality digital experiences that meet our clients' business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, making you a key player in our development team. You will work onsite in our Atlanta office 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the other 2 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal websites and applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed client expectationsImplement responsive and accessible web designs using Drupal theming and front-end development skillsOptimize websites for performance, scalability, and securityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecksStay updated on the latest Drupal developments, modules, and best practicesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersWork closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutionsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Drupal Developer with 5+ years of experience in web developmentStrong proficiency in Drupal 8/9, including custom module development and themingExperience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web designFamiliarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and JavaScript libraries such as jQueryExperience with version control systems, particularly GitStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite 3 days/week)Must be located in Atlanta, Georgia, or willing to relocatePreferred Qualifications:
Experience in a marketing or advertising agencyKnowledge of Acquia or Pantheon hosting environmentsFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesUnderstanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standardsExperience with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plusBenefits:
