As the Global Director of Web, you will define and drive our global marketing website strategy. You will create a website experience that guides visitors throughout their user journey. You will partner with cross-functional marketing organizations to deliver a comprehensive and integrated website that drives customer acquisition, improves product adoption, and builds brand awareness. You will work closely with Demand Generation, Brand/Creative, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Product Marketing, IT, and Finance to continue developing our technology stack, business processes, program execution, and web performance to support our growth.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategy, roadmap, and analytics of our website properties with a focus on pipeline creation and improving experiences across the customer lifecycle.Lead website design and development, recommending, testing, and implementing improvements that enhance user experience and conversion.Partner with regional marketing and localization teams to evolve regional websites into fully localized sites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate messaging, consistent design, and solid execution of ongoing and one-off campaigns that can be localized across all geographies.Support high-velocity customer acquisition and demand generation campaigns designed to entice prospects with free trials and content offers.Deliver personalization capabilities to create tailored user experiences for various audiences.Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and testing across marketing functions.Enable efficient and accurate reporting on web performance and its impact on the full funnel.Own and drive organic search success, measured by growth in traffic, conversions, and engagement from organic search.Establish and direct SEO agency relationships, strategies, tactics, and roadmaps.Manage a team responsible for day-to-day functions, including testing, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on organic search performance, launching new content, re-optimizing existing content, and optimizing site information architecture using a variety of tools.Monitor the latest SEO trends, investigate irregularities in performance, and regularly communicate SEO performance to internal stakeholders via reports and dashboards.Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience managing global websites in a B2B/SaaS technology company.5 years of experience managing a high-performing web team and external agency partners and vendors.Hands-on experience with various web technologies, including WordPress, PathFactory, Drift, SEO, A/B testing, and personalization tools.Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience in resolving project issues, developing cross-departmental consensus, and fostering collaboration in challenging business and technical situations.Strong analytic and reporting skills.Effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt to audience needs across organizations.Agile and energetic, with a commitment to continually evaluate strategies and make necessary adjustments to align with changing business needs.Experience managing agencies and creative freelance resources.

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The salary range for this role in Southern California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and Rhode Island is $160,000 - $230,000.

In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
