We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to join our newly established Transformation Office (TO). This role sits with Starr's Strategy & Transformation department which reports to Starr's CEO's Chief of Staff. This role is crucial in overseeing the execution of transformation projects and ensuring alignment with Starr's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to foster collaboration, and a keen eye for value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Execution and Business Partnership

Oversee day-to-day operations of transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.Support Business Leaders in executing their transformation projects effectively.Foster collaboration across different business units.Assist Implementation Specialists with project management as needed.2. Alignment and Risk/Issue Management

Ensure alignment of transformation projects with Starr's broader strategic objectives.Aid Implementation Specialists and Business Leaders in integrating new systems and processes into existing operations.Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues impacting transformation projects.Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles.3. Performance and Benefit Tracking

Track benefits of the Transformation Program according to KPIs and goals defined by the TO Director.4. Communication and Change Management

Develop and implement change management plans, including training and communication programs.Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth transitions during system adoption and process changes.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree is strongly preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement. Insurance experience is preferred.4-7 years of experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, turnaround and restructurings, M&A and integrations.Program management experience on driving large-scale, transformational change programs is preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in risk management and change management.Ability to align projects with strategic objectives and drive results.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000-$180,000.
