RESPONSIBILITIESBuilding complex financial Web Applications and providing adequate software solutions following Scrum methodology software development practices.
Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.Developing high-quality and detailed designs.Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.Mentor others in documenting systems architecture and development patterns and best practices.Ability to lead and deliver change in a very productive way.
QUALIFICATION12+ years of hands-on experience in development of Java based Web/ Enterprise Applications using Java version 8+.Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming with complete understanding of Object-Oriented principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patternsExpertise in Full Stack Java development using Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST API, Hibernate, JPA.Expertise in designing and building microservice based architecture using spring boot, docker, Kubernetes.Expertisewith at least one of the following frontend technologies: ReactJS or Angular2+Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Knowledge and experience in working with various messaging applications such as IBM MQ, KafkaKnowledge and experience with SQL and no SQL databaseKnowledge and experience working with multi data center deployment and cloud native applicationsKnowledge and experience in working with and setting up CICD pipelinesKnowledge and experience in the banking domain with exposure to MT/MX messaging a huge plus.Have good written and verbal English language communication skills with an ability to work effectively in an international environment
