Reporting to the Sr. Director IT – Global Commercial & Enterprise Analytics, the Senior IT Business Analyst, Commercial Systems will help develop and implement technology projects, and IT solutions supporting our Global Commercial organization. Working in conjunction with peers primarily supporting Commercial Business functions, the successful candidate will help drive the expansion, operational maintenance and support of our Commercial applications and our analytical solutions.

The candidate will have relevant experience in delivering digital solutions to enable the effectiveness and productivity of teams operating rapidly changing commercial landscape. This candidate will need to be able to excel in vendor management and execute at an individual level. In addition, project manage and lead parallel initiatives (e.g. new CRM functionality, modify Digital Campaigns and enhance Patient Support processes).

This role is based in our Lexington office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office, and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations for Commercial applications including Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health and Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.Review current processes to gather requirements and understand gaps of existing and/or proposed technology/core solutions and identify opportunities to better leverage technology.Facilitate and lead business process and / or design sessions with the business and technical teams to identify functional and technical requirements.Work with project leadership to determine risk mitigation strategies, document and communicate appropriately to proactively reduce the impact of scope creep.Oversee development, establish test scripts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing and implementation of various updates to the Commercial application platforms.Generate documentation to detail the customer solution (business, technical, and testing)Develop, implement, and manage data exchange technology and processes, that optimize data movement, safeguards Kiniksa data and complies with Kiniksa’s policies.Ensure source system changes are accurately reflected in our Analytical reporting and integration points.Identify key areas for end user education and partner internally to develop and execute (e.g. iOS features, Veeva CRM and Tableau)Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure end user support processes and systems are effectively addressing the needs of the applicable user groupsEnsure internal and vendor solutions are utilized (e.g. JIRA, Teams) to track requests, bugs and issues and ensure the teams are prioritizing itemsProactively identifies and communicates system changes and updates to effected parties in advance.Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience working in IT and applications experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry supporting both Commercial and Patient Support organizations.Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is requiredStrong familiarity with source systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud) and how data is stored.Experience with Master Data Management concepts and platforms (e.g. Veeva Network and Open Data), omni-channel marketing data, Contact Center applications, (Genesys or Five9 preferred)Experience in managing vendors supporting and enhancing Commercial and Analytical applications.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead in an environment with multiple partners, vendors and contending priorities.Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standardsProficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)Ability to travel up to 5%Salary is commensurate with experienceKiniksa Benefits Summary - USA
