This is an add of a full stack developers to add existing dev teams (4 devs per team with Scrum Master and SDETs to follow) for Wealth Passport as part of our exclusive engagement for the broader "Wealth Journeys" that we started at the end of 2020. This work will go through 2024 and beyond.
We have over 20 consultants plugged into these Wealth Journeys and Platform (Private Passport/Wealth Passport) working on similar efforts under Pradeep and will be able to leverage them to help with screening, overviews, etc.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Design and develop microservices using Spring Cloud.
• Implement SPA based UI applications using ReactJS/Angular
• Deploy and manage applications on Private or Public Cloud (MS Azure preferred)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Understands Object Oriented Programming and design and building modular, unit testable code.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Strong work experience in development of UI applications using ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Microservices development.
• Extensive experience with Hibernate, JPA, logging, cache libraries.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Git-Action with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Spring Cloud Config.
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills and ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated track record of working well with others in cross-functional roles in fast-paced and changing environments, including asynchronously with distributed teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
The IKM "Full Stack-Java and React" is a must! There are no exceptions here as this is what we have set up/bench marked with the teams. They'd like candidates that can pick up work for both React-focused dev, as well as Java/Spring. Imagine work being handed out, it's much easier for the team to align work across the team if they can give both React and Java work out vs. trying to make sure that team members only have React work or Java work.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/17 and Spring Framework 3.x + (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Experience with front end UI/UX framework - ReactJS or Angular.
• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, feature flagging.
• Familiar with agile practices and writing needed stories along with acceptance criteria and requirement.
• Understanding the concepts of Docker Containers and container orchestration services such as Docker Swarm, ECS, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with both relational and documented oriented datastores such as Oracle, Postgresql, or MySql.
