Sr Technical Business Analyst

What will you be doing?• Gathering information, performing analysis, and defining technology requirements, business rules and ensuring the technology solution meets the business aims• Researching and designing data enrichment & transformation processes• Writing BRD, FRD and mapping documents for ETL• You will be responsible for performing QA Functional testing• Performing analysis and implementing models of migration and optimization• Managing the projects assigned including discussion with business to understand their expectation, discussion with multiple stake holders and create project timelines
What we're looking for?• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related subject• Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a Business Analyst• Independent and creative in approach to problems and issues• Quick learner, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently changing priorities• Experience of Financial Services industry, including understanding of Compliance, payments, financial crime and ideally AML products like Oracle Mantas, Actimize• Proficient with complex SQL queries for data analysis• Experience of working in Lean and Agile working methodologies,• Well versed with data analysis and documentation tools• Ability to work on Complex data mapping issues
