Steel Point Solutions is seeking to hire a Junior Automation/RPA Developer to join our team remotely
Responsibilities:• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.• Work with senior developers and business analysts to understand automation requirements and objectives.• Develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using industry-standard RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery and integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes under the guidance of senior developers.• Maintain documentation for automation processes and provide support to end-users as needed.• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in automation and RPA technologies.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.• Advanced Certification in one or more leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification).• 3+ years of experience in automation and RPA development• Familiarity with one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).• Basic programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, Java, or similar.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.• Must have a TS/SCI CI or FS poly
Preferred Skills:• Prior experience or internships in automation or RPA development.• Understanding of business processes and how they can be automated.• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
