Job Description:-
1.
Design and Implementation
:
a. Apply domain, architecture, and technical knowledge to satisfy requirements from Client
b. Develop technical solutions, including flows/workflows, documentation, and implementation guides.
c. Define the architecture for ServiceNow implementations/configurations and oversee successful deployment.
d. Propose integrations with other tools when possible.
e. Review design from other vendors to be developed and deployed on the platform
2.
Strategic Guidance
:
a. Offer strategic recommendations on technical best practices and industry trends.
b. Involvement in the Innovation process in how to improve current offerings and how to incorporate new functionalities and technology into existing platform
c. Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide input to developers.
d. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
e. Be a key participant and stakeholder for the Design Review Board
3.
Certifications Preferred
:
a. ServiceNow Certifications
4.
Skills and Requirements
:
a. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions across all modules (in particular ITSM, HRSD, SPM, portal, analytics and latest advancements.
b. Understanding of ITIL processes.
c. Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
d. Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend business-oriented solutions
e. Strong communication skills to be able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience to understand business value of solutions.
