ServiceNow Business AnalystLocation:
100% Remote within the USARole and Responsibilities:ServiceNow Business Analyst - Mid-Level RoleGather business requirements for existing or new processes and applications in production by interviewing technical teams and SMEs.Schedule walkthroughs and business reviews to validate requirements.Identify, validate, and document metadata usage and data lineage.Map business process flows using Visio, participate in research, and recommend appropriate solutions.Exercise judgment and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed within their assigned applications.Provide outstanding service to all customers.Leverage business knowledge and principles with technical knowledge of applications.Conduct root cause analysis and document findings to drive defect resolution.Required Skills:
ServiceNowAgile software development (e.g., Jira or equivalent)Strong business analysis skillsAbility to build rapport with clients and lead discovery sessionsStrong understanding of workflow analysis and efficient workflow designAbility to manage multiple streams of work for parallel scoping effortsFamiliarity with integrations and APIsPreferred Skills:
Government consulting experience, especially with HHS, CMS, or ONCUnderstanding of UI/UX design concepts and ability to gather requirements for HCD and TX (Total Experience) process improvements508 ComplianceInstructional design and training facilitationAbility to write training materials and/or test casesExperience with automated testingServiceNow certification(s)Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeSix (6) years of direct experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
