Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound service-related calls.- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.- Collaborate with service technicians and sales staff to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
