Mainz Brady Group is currently recruiting for a Sr. Security Engineer (IAM) for a long-term remote contract. The Sr. Security Engineer will Manage and oversee the design, implementation, and effectiveness of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, including Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and Multi-Factor Authentication. Contribute to the development and integration of IAM strategy within a Zero Trust security framework. Ensure solutions align with security architecture, industry best practices, and organizational policies. Collaborate with internal and external teams, create technical designs, and maintain IAM tools. Engage with business units to ensure agile, secure IAM solutions, and stay updated on emerging IT trends to guide strategy.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.At least 5 years of experience in IAM engineering or operations.Extensive hands-on knowledge of IAM best practices and software solutions (e.g., Delinea Secret Server, Microsoft Entra ID, Sailpoint).Expertise in IAM technologies such as Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO).Strong ability to drive architectural design decisions and solve technical problems.Experience with Zero Trust security principles and integration
