Marketing Intern - Summer 2025

We are searching for college students interested in a marketing internship for the summer of 2025 at our Jayco (Middlebury, IN) location.
We are looking for a graphic design intern for the Marketing team. This individual would be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to creating social media content thumbnails, general photo editing, maintaining brand guidelines and standards, digital and print ad creation, logo design, floorplan maintenance, show materials, and business cards.This position is a short-term internship position providing support to the Marketing team and showcasing the many angles of marketing. All employees are expected to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with all co-workers, suppliers, or customers and contribute to all work assigned to gain real-world knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The ideal intern should be a junior majoring in Marketing with a focus on graphic design and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.A background in manufacturing practices is desirable.Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.Outstanding multitasking abilities.A passion for marketing.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Self-motivation, willingness to learn and grow, and a strong work ethic are required.Possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, as successful candidates must be able to work with and assist others.Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.Experience with creatively creating graphics or social media content would be a plus.Work Requirements:
This position may require sitting, standing, or working in front of a computer monitor for approximately 95% of the day in an office setting.Requires the ability to travel between field locations occasionally. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently.Regular attendance is required.This position is an 8 hour per day position with various start times depending on the job shadow lead's hours.
