Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, youll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies. Looking for a motivated individual to join a compliance team focused on refreshing KYC (Know Your Customer) files. Responsibilities: Review customer KYC documentation to ensure compliance with firms internal KYC procedures and adherence to government regulatory requirements. Perform adverse media and PEP screening on customer and affiliated party names via World Check screening vendor. Disposition potential hits from screenings to determine if hits are true or can be disregarded as false positive. Compare documentation received from client as part of KYC Refresh against existing documentation on file for updates since client onboarding. Complete KYC checklist to evidence client file review that took place and the identification of updated client related information. Update firms internal books and records systems to enrich client KYC file. Tag and upload newly received client documentation to ensure they are accurately archived in client KYC file. Track work cases and report to KYC Refresh Management team on daily/weekly production statistics. Liaise with front office staff to coordinate additional outreach for updated client KYC documents and information as necessary. Escalate red flags identified via KYC review to firms internal AML team. Report production issues and questions related to client outreach to KYC Refresh Management team for expedited resolutions. Qualifications:
1 to 2 years experience working on a KYC or AML team for a reputable financial institution A Bachelors degree from an accredited university Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer Must be authrized to work in the US for any employer. Hiring Salary Range $55,000-$65000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
