We are seeking a

ServiceNow Developer

to support a client in enhancing and maintaining their ServiceNow platform to ensure reliable and secure IT services, as well as integrated business service support that meets or exceeds customer requirements.

This is full-time, onsite, and long-term contract position.

What You'll DoPerform system administration tasks and audit system accessAuthor and maintain documentation related to system security, access, and user administrationDevelop and support various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Security Operations, Strategic Portfolio Management, ITOM, and IT Asset ManagementEnsure the quality and functionality of platform changes through thorough testingRespond to operational and maintenance activities, resolving issues including defects, bugs, and errorsConduct business analysis and gather requirements for platform enhancementsManage both planned and urgent enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery to meet critical needsWhat You'll Need

Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administrationProven experience with ServiceNow administration, including the management of user, group, and role recordsAbility to create and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Query Business Rules (QBRs)Familiarity with the migration of Update Sets between environmentsExperience in conducting quality assurance testing for ServiceNow changesProficiency in developing catalog items, workflows, and forms within the ITSM moduleKnowledge of managing and verifying the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Experience with modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, playbooks, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the Security Operations moduleSkilled in modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the Strategic Portfolio Management moduleAbility to modify forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the ITOM moduleExperience with monitoring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery processesCompetence in modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the IT Asset Management moduleKnowledgeable in monitoring and maintaining IT Asset Management dataPreferred:

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plusCertification in ServiceNow System Administration or relevant modules is highly desirable
