Essential Job Duties:
Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.Assist with the setup/maintenance of store computers, POS systems, CRIND, and networks including cabling, network hardware configuration, and PC-to-POS interface.Assist with development/maintenance of systems, applications, security, and network configurations.Set up new PCs and laptops for stores and individual users.Provide support/maintenance of network user accounts including rights, security, and system groups.Provides technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer software and hardware for problems specific to the organizations computer networks and systems.Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems, explain errors, and/or recommend modifications to systems and networks.Provide rotational weekend and holiday technical support.May lead lower graded staff performing the same type of work.Minimum Qualifications:
A 2-year college or technical degree in related field, with 2 years of experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.Strong understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.Professional appearance and a positive attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems, or related software.Valid Driver's License.
