Rate: $69.54/hr on W2 with benefits

Java Full Stack Developer (Lead Software Engineer)

In this role, you will:Lead or be involved in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of software engineering experience in developing integrated and secure enterprise or web-based applications using Java/J2EE2+ years of experience with business process workflow software2+ years of experience with Spring Framework4+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux4+ years of JavaScript development experience4+ years of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) experience4+ years of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) experience2+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of bothExperience in Micro Frontend and MicroservicesDesired Qualifications:

Hands on experience doing analysis, coding, and debugging Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc.Experience working with distributed systems and microservicesKnowledge of or experience with KafkaExperience working with REST ServicesExperience with API development and knowledge of common design patternsExperience managing applications in a cloud environment (Azure, Google, Amazon Web Services)Experience working in an Agile environmentExperience with cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google CloudExperience with automated deployment CI/CD tools like (Jenkins, Gradle, UDeploy)Experience with "test" centric development methodologies including Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behavior Driven Development (BDD)Knowledge and understanding of Camunda is a plusKnowledge of NoSQL databases (ex. MongoDB) is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with financial services technologies and banking processes (originations, application, approval, fulfillment and closing)Job Expectations:
