Technical Customer Support:

Primary Skills: Customer Support, Communication, Time Management, Calls & Email, SLA Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension Location: Eden Prairie, MN (LI-Remote) Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour LP JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to provide exceptional service to our users by engaging empathetically with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering swift resolutions to technical issues. This role involves managing a high volume of email and phone requests daily, documenting interactions thoroughly, and proactively addressing customer queries to maintain service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their workload, ensuring timely responses while continually updating their knowledge of our products and systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide empathetic customer interaction, establishing trust and ensuring effective communication. Swiftly respond to and manage approximately 25 email and 10 phone requests daily to meet team SLAs. Document detailed case notes for each customer interaction across multiple channels. Assist with account, subscription management, and resolve technical issues including billing, account authorization, and software troubleshooting. Utilize knowledge base and resources effectively to address and escalate customer requests when necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in customer support via chat, email, and phone. Technical proficiency with computer systems, software, and Google Suite. Excellent communication and time management skills.
